With the continued growth geographically, AST PCS has now brought on two experienced professionals to lead relationships with the legal industry as well as private equity firms. Joining AST PCS are Sue Fong, Head of Law Firm Relationships, and Leo Costa, Head of Private Equity Relationships.

Fong joined AST PCS after 18 years at Bloomberg, most recently as part of the Bloomberg Tax Software team working with private and public companies. She stated, “It was a difficult decision to leave Bloomberg but once I had a chance to review the Astrella platform and understand how transformative immutable audit trails are for legal advisors, I was sure this was where I want to be. Before joining AST PCS, Costa spent most of his career working at Nasdaq, Deutsche Bank, and Insperity sourcing and structuring deals with private equity firms. As portfolio company ownership data makes up the foundation of the exit waterfall, the slightest fat-finger error can compromise and corrupt the data.
