Menlo Park, CA— (December 1, 2020) — AST Private Company Solutions (PCS), provider of industry-leading ownership software Astrella, announced the appointment of Don Gillotti, CEP, as Senior Vice President, Business Development focused on the Private Equity and Venture Capital market. Don is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with more than 20 years in the ownership and equity compensation business. He was most recently Senior Vice President, Sales and Alliances at Certent, Inc. Don is based in the New York area and reports to Paul Arens, Head of Business Development and Partnerships at Astrella.

AST is investing in Astrella to make it the transformative technology for private company shareholder and employee stock plan management.
